Here you will find install documentation as well as the application used to automatically upload the diagnostic data from your tools.  An Android version of "Syncthing" can be installed on your diagnostic tools using "Aptoid" via a chrome browser on your android based tools.  Simply search for "Syncthing" once Aptoid is installed.  MGDT provides nearly unlimited secure online storage thanks to Microsoft's Azure cloud network.
